photography sessions

BodaBayfield may be reserved for private sessions by both professional photographers and individual families for either half hour sessions or full hour sessions (multiple slots can be reserved by one photographer, and mini sessions are common). Private sessions are required, as we only open the fields for those with reservations. This ensures that you will have the field entirely to yourselves for your session. If available, we’re happy to include 10 - 20 stems of flowers during our growing season to be used as props and to go home with. Additional flowers can be purchased as well. Please reserve additional flowers before your session.

Photo session bookings can be made July through October, but please know that specific flowers may not be available the whole season. Our flowers are grown seasonally and vary throughout the year.

Private Sunflower Crops can be purchased, reserved, and grown for exclusive scheduling rights. Please contact us for details.  We have wooded areas, a lavander hills, and much more. All guests and photographers must sign a waiver form at time of arrival or it can be printed and brought. A paper copy must be signed. No digital forms accepted.

While dogs and pets are welcomed for photo sessions, they must be kept on a leash at all times and must be picked up after.
